I even told the owner Natalie of Totowa U Haul, this morning I was stuck due to the weather. I was able to bring the rental back this morning at 9:15 am. What did she do. She charge me for another full day since I was late by 2 hrs. What Happen to customer service There. I guess she just want extra money and do not care about customer safety. Corp U Haul should be ashamed of this practice by her. I will never rent anything from this place again. I will rent it from Penksee, Budget or Home Depot.
