We recently used these King Totes when we moved into our new house and it made moving So much easier! I always dread the packing part of moving having to buy boxes that you have to tape and put together only to use them once and then have to dispose of them, or trying to track down boxes from every grocery store in town and dumpster diving in recycle trash bins, and who knows what kind of hazardous waste might have been stored in the scavenged boxes! They are always mismatched sizes that don't stack right. I love how these totes are all the same size and stack perfectly. They have easy to carry handles on the side, and a sleeve on them that you can slide a label in to make sorting them into the correct rooms easy. The sturdy totes protect your fragile items without having to worry about them getting crushed from another heavy box, or turned upside down on the wrong side. The King totes are so convenient. They drop them off, and pick them up, and just like that all the clutter and mess of moving is gone! I hope to never have to move again, but if I do- it's King Totes all the way. I would recommend them to anyone moving! I will Never go back to cardboard boxes again!

Am correcting my review per response from management: I have…read morewritten highly positive reviews as well as some negative ones, so to be clear I feel I am fair and willing to give praise where it's due. This review is somewhere in the middle. Am giving this business a 3 out of 5 based on the following: Pros: The facility is neat, clean, secure and well organized, access is good and the staff are helpful. Cons: We initially got our unit in May of 2021 for $75/month, a very good rate. 6 months later they raised the rates 25% from $75/month to $95, then raised them again 4 months later at the end of February another 15% to $105/mo. That's a whopping 40% raise in rates in less than a year! I don't appreciate being leveraged for money based on the perception of how inconvenient it will be for a client to relocate their stuff to another facility. If you use these guys, go into it open-eyed and don't be duped by an introductory price that sounds great unless you only plan on being there for a month or two. They will absolutely raise your rates. Recommend finding a contract where you can lock in your rate for the expected duration you plan on storing your stuff, or where the storage facility is at least up front about what rate increases you might expect. This was (in my opinion), opportunist money-grubbing for a client that had planned on storing their belongings for about a year. We're relocating our stuff at the end of the month, and yes, while it's inconvenient, I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being leveraged by someone on the pretense that somehow they have to raise rates to prevent "going under". Seriously? Give me a break. That poor-mouth excuse is hard to sell when this struggling company somehow has enough profits to build a second storage facility right across the highway during a high cost construction boom. I count at least 250 10 X 15 units plus another at least 100 smaller units. Even at 70% occupancy, this translates to gross monthly income of at least $25K on this facility alone. You guys make plenty of profit. Raising rates so grossly at a time where so many people are struggling is a direct reflection on the kind of people you are. I stand by my review. Giving you 3 stars is more than you deserve.

I was able to take a few days to load up the Unit, then gave them a call and the next day they picked it up and moved it to my new house. I wish I would have reserved more straps because they work so well. I used some of my own straps and they did not work as well as the straps unit lets you rent. I was able to move my 3 bedroom house in one single unit. They were very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We moved much of our clutter and storage into the unit before even listing our home. It really helped our home show well - we were able to receive multiple offers and sell in two days. I know it was largely because we were able to stage and declutter by having our extra storage/furniture in the unit. I was so surprised at how much we were able to store in the Unit. It was such a convenient process being able to load our things in, have them stored and then the unit delivered to our new home. Everything was done in our own time frame. The employees are very professional and customer service is unmatched. I would never think twice about using their services again or hesitate to recommend Units to a good friend!

Excellent movers with a few bothersome hiccups on the customer service end…read more The movers arrived a few minutes early and were ready to rock. They did a great job wrapping our furniture and were careful with all the pieces while also working quickly and efficiently. The truck was packed snug as a bug to keep things from sliding around. In sum, they were real professionals. We completed the entire move in 4 1/2 hours which was outstanding considering we completely filled a 22 foot truck. A few issues with customer service and pricing: 1.) I booked a month in advance and was told I'd get a call the week before to confirm. I didn't get a call, so I had to call them myself and ended up giving all the same details over again. 2.) I requested 4 movers but only 3 showed up in the beginning. This ended up not being a problem, but I would have appreciated being communicated with about this. The fourth mover did show up for the last hour of work, but again I had no idea he was coming. This comes into play in #4 below. 3.) When the movers showed up, the rate was $10/hour more than what we'd agreed to on the phone. I called Giovanni and he took care of this right away. 4.) There is a travel fee equal to one extra hour per man on the job, essentially a paid commute. Since we were paying $40/hour and had 3 guys, we figured $120 for the travel fee. The bill we ended up with listed the price at $159, which meant we were being charged for the late-coming 4th man, meaning he worked for one hour and got paid for two. I called Giovanni to try to sort it out. It turns out that the while the bill did read $159, if you do the math manually we actually only paid $119, which was the appropriate amount. This ended up not hurting our bottom line, but I don't see why I should have to follow up with stuff like this. Overall among the best movers I've had. I've had some really sketchy characters show up in the past to do the actual moving, and they really milked the clock. These guys worked with purpose from start to finish, and really knew what they were doing. The customer service end needs some work, but I am willing to forgive a lot based on how awesome the movers were. I would recommend using them, but would suggest you get a good understanding in advance of how many guys will be there, how much they'll cost, how much their packing materials will cost, and what the travel fee will be, that way there shouldn't be any surprises.

I would leave a lower rating if that were possible. We only had five items moved: one bed, a bed…read moreframe, two medium-sized dressers, and a shoe rack. What should have been a simple job turned into an extremely frustrating and expensive experience--especially as a pregnant customer. The movers spent an excessive amount of time struggling with the bed frame. They repeatedly acted as though the bolts were too tight or that they didn't have the right tools, and it felt like they were intentionally dragging out the process to increase the total cost. My dad came down to see if they needed help or another tool, and suddenly after nearly an hour and a half they "figured it out." Even then, the bed frame was not properly disassembled; it was bent, damaged, and essentially split in half instead of being taken apart correctly. They then spent another 30 minutes just trying to get the bed out of the house. The remaining smaller items were moved within the next hour or so. In total, the job took about three hours and cost $586, which was absolutely not worth it. The time and price felt heavily inflated. After everything was delivered, the movers had to call their boss, yet they did not stop the charge clock for an additional 20 minutes while waiting for him to answer. As a pregnant customer, this added stress, lack of efficiency, and disregard for fairness was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company, especially for anyone who expects honesty, efficiency, or consideration.

Worst experience I have ever had with moving. The guys were NOT careful with my furniture AT ALL!…read more They damaged several of my wood furniture pieces. I had to move temporarily to a storage unit. They did not leave blankets or ask me if I wanted my furniture covered to protect it. They slid things across the top of my wood furniture, banged into them, and even walked on top of them without any protection on the pieces! When we moved the furniture to my house, we found footprints on both wood furniture and my couches! Then, they get you to sign off on a measley 60 cents per pound before you even know if there are any damages. So, I am going to have to foot most of the bill to fix THEIR damage! Do NOT use this company! Worst experience EVER!
