SHATTERED OUR TV AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HANDLE YOUR VALUABLE BELONGINGS…read more Two Men and a Truck in Murray does NOT honor their protection guarantee as required by DOT and Utah state law. They are running a deceptive operation that relies on hidden policies to cheat customers who pay for premium coverage. We moved our belongings into a storage unit for a few months while between houses. Upon opening the unit, I discovered our television was entirely shattered. When I contacted the office, the manager, Adrian Torres, did not even offer an apology. Instead, he claimed that because more than 96 hours had passed, they would do nothing about it-outright telling me it was "not their problem." This is a direct violation of consumer transit laws. Under both Utah State Law (Utah Code § 72-9-402) and Federal Law (49 U.S.C. § 14706), household goods carriers are strictly prohibited from enforcing arbitrary 96-hour windows to bar property recovery. The law says we have four months to file a claim. They do not care about the law. We paid extra for Full Value Protection, and they are legally required to process this claim.Accidents happen and things break, but a business refusing to stand by its premium insurance or state regulations is entirely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and money-take your business to an honest moving company that actually values honesty and integrity. I have used other movers that accidentally broke something and immediately made it right. Standard complaints are being filed with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and the FMCSA.

Lost Over $5,000 Due to This Company!!!!…read more ***Review for atlasmovingcompany.co*** formerly atlasmovingcompany.com, in Utah I hired Atlas Moving Company in December 2025 and the experience cost me over $5,000 in total losses. Here is the breakdown: Initial payment for services: $2,000 (company failed to complete move, didn't finish apartment clean, left behind bedroom furniture) Property destroyed by rat infestation: $2,500 (caused by company storing garbage near my belongings) Key replacement: $300 (company failed to return my car, house and mail keys) Additional storage costs and gauging: Stored my items in unauthorized storage unit, Apex Storage, and failed to obtain my permission to do so. They failed to place my name with Apex, and Apex denied me access to my belongings. The company withheld my property for weeks and I had to file a police report to track down my belongings and get them returned. When they were returned, extensive damage had occurred due to rats attracted by improperly stored garbage. Public records show the company was **dissolved** by the State of Utah during our transaction, and only reinstated after police involvement. The company has been unresponsive to my attempts to resolve this matter. Litigation pending ... warning ... they've branched into Idaho, beware Idaho!! This has been an expensive lesson. I strongly recommend using a different moving company!!!

They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later.
