And fairly priced van rentals from standard car companies aren't even an option. Obviously it's best to shop around, but for me, U-Haul had no legitimate competition for my business. Really, the only thing better is getting your cousin's truck for a six-pack.

They called her work, leaving voicemails for theft. She lost her job Still hasn't got her job back to this day over this and they have nothing to say they're inconsiderate, and they all need to be fired when complained to the g. M he took care of everything on the truck. Rental part couldn't do anything for my wife's job. And everyone still works there even though they need to be fired.

That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

I am not sure if they got busy or maybe all the employees were not trained on the company's policies. We received conflicting information, which led to many challenges with the move. There were a few added charges at the end, and the sudden request for cash before the truck would be unpacked. If you decide to use this company I suggest you get everything in writing especially any possible extra charges. To be clear we got from point A to point B it just wasn't the professional and worry-free type of move I expected.

He was able to schedule an early morning pick up to get everything out of the way so that the furniture could be delivered without stress for my folks. He was very detail-oriented, followed up every time I texted him with any questions and was extremely patient and friendly with my parents. He was able to move the baby grand through a tight space with no trouble whatsoever and the prized piano is now set up and its new home. I recommend him highly.
