They also offer great security. Encircled with decent fencing and great security camera coverage, it would be tough for theft to occur without video proof. They also require key codes to open the entry and exit gates. The gates are accessible for a good portion of the day (6 AM to 9 PM). The site is also well-staffed during the day and with one of the property managers living on site. Rich and Lori, the property managers, were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Actually, they were beyond nice. I would find myself chatting with them most times I stopped by to access the unit.
