The website has a lot of issues inluding the menu does not function and statements about "climate controlled" are misleading. The facility is only temperature controlled to 75f in summer which is far too warm, in my experience of other companies across the US. The hallways are far too narrow and access is too far away from the units making unloading difficult. The automatic door is one nice feature. There should be more access to the building instead of one door in and out. The rents are very high for this or any area. These are some the highest in the country-higher than California, even. With little to show for the cost. The inside of the building seems to be clean but the outside is not. Trash blowing around everwhere. I am sure this review will not be seen by the company as there is no way to keave a review at the website but hopefully it provide critical info for a consumer to look elsewhere. I signed a contract for $25/month which was based on an ad I saw. A few months later, they raised the fee to $37. Now it's $46, even though they are advertising the same located and sized units for $24 on their website! I was told I could move my items and get the lower rate. This is a very poor policy for a storage facility, in my opinion, and I feel forced to relocate the next time I'm in town.

I had the day off so I gathered all my boxes up and drove them over and a bag of old clothes. The attendants are always nice and helpful. They will remove all the boxes without you ever getting out of the car but I usually like to help since I have quite a few. You can also take other things to have recycled. They except newspaper, old clothing, some electronics, and etc. The hours are not convenient unless you don't work during the day but they are open most Saturdays. I would call first if you are unsure of the hours.
