They were robbed of everything, while our belongings were totally secure at Royal Mini Storage as they monitor whoever enters with both a personal code and video cameras. I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking for a secure place where you don't have to worry about losing your belongings.

John and Sebastian were so helpful. They were very pleasant and had the pickup truck ready earlier…read morethan scheduled. The truck was full of gas, very clean, and they allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot. They also have funny signs in the bathroom for guests and it made me laugh! My issue is, which I did not knock the rating down for because this is not John and Sebastian but really a U-Haul rule, is that you cannot tow with the pickup truck. There is a tow hitch, but a lock on it. I did not notice the lock until I got back to the house with the pickup truck. I called John and he was super nice explaining that you cannot tow with the Uhaul pickup unless it is a uhaul trailer. I do feel this is misleading on the website when you rent the pickup because it states that there are tow hitches on all pickup trucks...so one would assume you could tow with it- responsibly of course! I understand there are weight limits with towing and I would be responsible. This was just super frustrating because when all was said and done it was 130.00 for a rental that I could not use. Again- not upset with John and Sebastian but the Uhaul policy.

I gave plenty of notice of my intention to vacate, and moved out prior to the end of the month. I was charged for the storage unit back in March. I addressed this issue then. Nothing has occurred with being reimbursed. Fast forward to April, I am charged for a storage fee again (Now the total is up to $123.50 owed back to me). I call, they verified that I had moved out, and received an apology and a promise that I would be contacted by the manager, and that they would return my money. Well here we are in May, and I was charged this evening for the storage unit again. That brings the total to $185.25 owed back to me. I called them again and left a heated voicemail demanding that this situation be resolved by Friday. Above is my initial post from earlier this month. I am proud to announce I have an update to my situation. My situation has been resolved, and I received full reimbursement. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Richard Graham (the owner) for personally looking into and addressing this issue. I appreciate him taking care of this matter, and recouping the fees that I was assessed. Overall, I had no issues with storing my belongings there when I was occupying storage. Dewayne

Mr. Soto and his crew were the most efficient, professional, and dedicated movers I have ever…read moreencountered - and we have moved numerous times over the years. They completely emptied our large 2-story house in record time (approximately 2 hours) with zero defects. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with blankets and carefully loaded on the two trucks. What's more? They delivered all the furniture and moving boxes to our new house by 4:30 PM the same day! We did our own packing, so we can't review that aspect of their services, but the moving crew, which included 5 people (including the owner), were consumate professionals; polite, efficient, and quick! This company was recommended to us via local social media platforms. On a scale of 5 being highest, I rate this business 5 stars!!! True professionals, which are hard to find today. Finally, and most ridiculously, there is a dumpster INSIDE the fence. We had two small bags of trash (as in small shopping bags. A water bottle, some paper towels, etc.) - we're not talking about throwing couch away here. We put them in the dumpster and he came out and yelled at us about a $500 fine pointing to the sign about public dumping. Instead of trying to explain, we imply removed the items from the dumpster and left. But, seriously? Throwing trash away as a paying customer is not public dumping - public dumping would be if I climbed the fence and dumped all of my trash there. We were inside the fence. So, you know, don't drink a diet coke and throw it out or blow your nose and throw your kleenex away! What a jack-hole this guy is.
