With us being in a time crunch and stressed out (our first PCS as military members) we found this place and decided to give them a call. A guy answered and was so kind. His name was Ralph! Within minutes we were able to get there & they assisted us in getting our storage. They were super kind and I am so glad that we ended up at this place. My husband says that is probably one of the best customer service he ever had. The pricing and security and value of the place is great. It was clean as well. Ralph & Santiaga were amazing and we are really happy about their service. Especially in a stressful and difficult time.. they genuinely helped us out. Ralph even came out and gave us some tips on unloading which helped us return our U-Haul in time. I normally don't leave reviews.. but they differently deserved it. They also helped us find a perfect storage that would let us drive our 26ft long U-Haul around no problem.

US Storage just took over the Guard Dog Storage in Marysville, CA. I'm very disappointed in their…read moreservice. They have upped their price, as Guard Dog did. My unit is now 50% more than it was when I first rented it. They charge you unauthorized fees on your credit card. They advertise the units are available 365 days a year from 6am -9pm. They are not. Several days a week the gate is pad locked closed. Frequently during the week, the gate is left open and anyone can have access. When I was in the office last week, the representative wasn't even aware that the gate was open. They have a rodent problem which I have requested be taken care of. Nothing has been done. Save your hard earned $$$$ and go down the street to rent a unit.
