I don't recommend this place they stole my stuff I gave them acess Bcs there was a leak on the roof , I'm missing a tent, suit case with close a cucci perfum and other item collection of baseball cards n old dollar coins. After I move out I try calling they wouldn't pick up , I work a lot so I don't have time to go. After reading their insurance I highly suggest to get renters insurance I lost alot of money . read more

Wonderful and compassionate people to whom I truly owe the greatest of all gratitudes. Boyfriend and I found out we're deploying very short notice, so we went to put our things in storage. We got a unit and unfortunately between the packing and work, could not get back to our unit until after hours. Matt gave us a code so that we could get in after the fact. Once we got to our unit, there was a lock on it already. We had rented a U haul for just the day and already packed our big items into the trailer that we had sitting in the storage lot. After calling matt again, he was able to set us up with another unit so we could love in right away. In the morning they were so very helpful as well as understanding to our situation and instead of having to move all of our things once again, they let us just transfer to that unit, no additional fees or anything! Amazing customer service, great price, not to mention very nice and up kept facility. There is also a patrol car during night time hours as well. read more

The facility is very clean, there is a variety of unit sizes for a great price, and all of the staff are all very friendly. Matt helped me out last Saturday and took the time to show me several unit sizes and where my new unit would be. I have been with AA Self Storage a little over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience! I started out with one storage unit and just came back to rent a second. The facility is very clean, well kept, safe and secure. They have indoor and outdoor units that come in many sizes you wont find other places. The main reason I chose AA in the first place is because they are only place in town with interior units. Management is nothing short of amazing. They are always professional and courteous. Shortly after leaving an abusive marriage, my ex husband lost our house and put all of our joint belongings in this storage facility. On a rare occasion that we spoke, he agreed to give me keys to retrieve my portion of 2 large units. He told me they entry code wrong and only one number to the units. I was forthcoming with the owner (as I am now) to our unique situation & she refused to let me in. My ex was on a drug bender and I was planning to leave the state in fear of my life. The owner did not sympathize with me at all. She was very rude and exclaimed that I wasn't on the title even though I was still currently married and I had record of payment for furniture in my name. Refused to let me into the storage that I had the key and indentifying number to. As a woman I am ashamed that my elder would treat anyone like that at all. Luckily, I made it out of California alive but I had to sacrifice everything I owned including every single baby picture I had of all four of my children that I can never get back. The storage unit was a loss, while my kids and I were astranged from everything we've ever known as familiar and safe. She refused the simplest request to call him and ask his permission to access the units and she refused. I understand the law & I understand that my ex needed to allow my entrance. He did so by giving me the key and could have given verbal permission had she called him. She didn't even try to understand or help, she simply refused without any compassion whatsoever. I do not support a family owned business that does not support our communities families. read more

After my father died my brother and i rented a storage unit here and put most of my father's belongs in it until we had his will settled. During this time one of the employees got into the unit a stole some old guns. It was difficult to make a police report because the guns were never registered and very old. AA storage denied the claim and blew us off. They had their own lock on the until so it could have been one of their employees. That employee was soon fired but they would never say why. It's a very clean place with lots of cameras, but don't be fooled! read more

Yesterday I was on the hunt for a last minute storage unit for a family member. Called several places and struck out -- no availabilities. The gal I spoke with at AA Self Storage was the first person to offer to take down my number in case anything opened up. True to her word, she called later that day with an opening. I've been renting spaces for business, personal, and my travel trailer for 10 years. The owners and staff are very nice and professional. They keep the whole place very clean. They have security cams, and staff to keep an eye on there and our property. They also don't seem to rent to riff raff. I definitely recommend AA Storage. read more

Very clean place, so friendly and helpful! They are always there to help too! The day i moved all my stuff in it was over 100 degrees and they brought us some water out and made sure we had shade! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit! read more

The employees are the worst! When I arrived to rent unit after reserving online the lady in a stern and condescending voice says "We have rules here" I replied good I like rules then she continued......there are no drugs, no sleeping in units, no smoking" I finished paperwork and as we are finalizing papers I asked if there were dollies etc. she said yes, told me where unit was and I went to find it in my car, when I found it, there were no dollies, it was then I realized they were all up front ,I was left to wonder why she did not tell me this, it seems as though that would be basic customer service! I was quite offended at the rules she recited as well after looking at all rules there were rules such as no explosives etc. so I asked her why she chose to recite those rules to me? It was if she was talking to a dregs of society, she said she recites those rules to everyone no matter if everyday person or millionaire, I told her somehow I don't buy that! LOL I suggested she change her rule reciting! I was also told there were no units the size I wanted with drive up access, yet on my way to office to find where dollies were I found empty drive up access unit, I asked to change, she then told me it would be more money (also in her stern condescending tone) I said how much, she answered 2 dollars! well that won't break the bank! LOL Then today I received a call when it was about to be considered to be a lien unit that payment was overdue! My payment is not due for another 6 days! thank goodness they called so I could make sure they know what they are doing! With the way this place is run I'll be surprised if my unit is still there as I am going to remove my items and move them down the street! I would strongly recommend NOT using this facility as the employees in the office are HORRID! It is clean and safe from burglars but until they learn good customer service skills you'll surely get screwed! And my suggestion to lady who recites rules of no drugs or sleeping in unit, you may have perfect hair nails etc. you look nice that is obviously your priority, me on the other hand it is not my priority so when I come in looking a mess after moving material in a dusty dirty warehouse then come to storage place, it does not mean I do drugs or need to sleep in unit. It means I have different priorities and thank goodness don't get all judgmental on others! read more

Allison, the manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable and it made everything go so smoothly. They also carry all the supplies you would need to do a move. They are the largest facility in the world. Their prices are fair and there are discounts too! read more
