From the VERY first phone call, to make an appointment for Miles for an annual check-up, and his vaccinations, to bringing him in the entire staff I interacted with has been wonderful. Karen is the front of house, office manager and does all the administration. She advised me that they do require a $75 deposit, which is non-refundable, but applied to your visit. She answered all of my questions and took all of our information. When I arrived for our appointment, we were taken in right on time (they came and got Miles from the car,) and within a few minutes Dr. Kristin Trerise called me to let me know all about Miles health and we spoke and together came up with a plan. I felt like she included me and discussed his health and moving forward, his future treatments, as he needs his teef cleaned since they are a bit icky!!! From parking to receiving my puppy back, we were in and out in about 35 minutes. I love the on time, punctual staff because my time is important as is theirs. I really liked the staff, felt like we had good communication and appreciated the punctuality. I haven't experienced all three of these at a vet for my dog yet! So I hope we are FINALLY done searching as I really like Willowbrook. The ONLY reason I can't give 5 stars YET is because I'd like to be able to go in with my boy and meet everyone. Maybe next year!

Had my little rat friend in for surgery, and while it's hard to compare apples to apples as each procedure is different, I had a similar situation with another baby, and these folks were about 40% less expensive for the same happy outcome. They also, which I really appreciate, answer the phone every time you call, yes, a hold is not out of the question, but they really seem to prioritize communication and comfort for both you and your fur child. Hamster, turtle, rat, doesn't matter, they treat each pet like royalty. And on a funny note, the doctor actually is a nationally known ferret expert and has a big troop at home, so while just this person's opinion, I trust someone who is also an exotic pet lover.

She and Jenn spent long visits discussing Wilbur's care options with us and taking careful notes; they helped us source medications and figured out strategies to give medicine to a cat who wouldn't take pills; after each visit, they sent us copious notes and were available for email questions and follow-up. Sadly, Wilbur's health continued to decline to the point where he was suffering. Dr. Posey and Jenn saw him through to the end and recommended an in-home service that was gentle and compassionate. Wondering if this is just how they run their business or if this is a one off situation - but overall would say their lack of ease with a potential new client, lack of appt confirmation/ follow up speaks volumes on the type of service they provide. I have never been late in 14 years, in fact, I am always waiting 15-20 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. It was 2 minutes. Vista Pet used to be a great place when it was actually vet owned, it is now owned by VetCor and it is no longer someplace I will recommend again.

I have nothing but confidence in their ability to take care of her as if she was their own. I highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
