I used Extra Hands for our 3-week vacation, as my husband and I run our own business and needed to work every morning. The caregivers allocated to us were fab, each one had experience with kids (either in their current roles or in previous jobs). They were patient, kind, fun and knew how to keep our very active 5-year-old occupied and happy all morning! They played with our daughter, took care of her and when we went out for a couple of "date nights", they fed her and put her to bed which was a huge relief for us! I was a bit worried about using strangers, but within minutes each caregiver had put our minds at rest by introducting themselves and telling us about their background, so we could see what experience they had. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone - Victoria organised our schedule of care and chose caregivers that were tailored to our needs. The park experience was great (although we only did it once) as the caregiver knew all the tips for getting around the park quickly and had organised a fastpass for our daughter for one of the most popular kid rides (it had a 70 min wait time every time we went!) When we return, I will be contacting Victoria again to ensure the girls are available - they really made a vacation for us parents - as you know, being a parent means you never get a holiday, but this time I felt like we really did! read more

It was an epic day - two theme parks and your favourite [now Jack's favourite] burger place for dinner! You went above and beyond to create a really fun, action packed day that was perfect for keeping a teenager entertained. My husband and I also really appreciate the sincerity with which you befriended Jack. At no point did Jack ever feel it was just a job to you. If ever you make it to Australia and would like a buddy for the day Jack would love to return the favour. Thank you also to Victoria. Excellent attention to detail and follow through from Victoria when first inquiring about baby sitting services. During our stay at the Grand Floridian, Jasmine, our baby-sitter from Extra Hands was fantastic. She reached out to me a few days prior to get more information on the children and what they enjoy doing for fun. She was punctual, professional and accommodating even when we were running late. After the first night our kids (triplets aged 4.5) were begging us to have her come back! On her last day with us one of our sons vomited and she knew exactly what to do - she informed us and reassured us that everything was OK and cleaned everything up (plus alerted housekeeping to clean the carpet). I probably wouldn't have handled it as well as she did. I would recommend Extra Hands to anyone visiting the Orlando area who wants reliable babysitting services. read more

Natalia was the greatest host to my 4 and 6 year when my husband and I left them in her care that day so we could go adulting. She entertained them with various activities, had knowledge of the hotel activities so my children could partake in them, my kids had a blast. They were very disappointed when we came home, they wanted to hang out with Natalia all day! She kept us informed about their activities and how they were doing which made me feel a little less guilty leaving them in her care because they were having so much fun. The next day, when we went to Magic Kingdom, the kids begged us to bring Natalia! I will definitely be using Extra Hands in the future and I'll be sure to ask for Natalia! read more

I highly recommend this company. My family and I went to Disney and we had Natalia when we visited 3 of the Disney parks. Our girls (ages 2 and 4) had a blast with Natalia and loved her. My husband and I were able to go on rides that our girls could not, and Natalia was there to meet their every need. She took them to meet the characters, went for ice cream, and rode rides with them while my husband and I enjoyed the rides that our girls were unable to get on. She is highly trustworthy and full of kindness and smiles. Memories were definitely made during our girls first trip to Disney. I cannot say enough good things about this company or Natalia. Kelly was absolutely wonderful We have a two and a half year old boy and a 6 year old girl and they took to her instantly. Kelly made our trip so incredibly easy! She pushed the stroller, changed diapers, and hung out with our kids while we went on rides! We also had her watch them at our hotel we went out for dinner. She kept us updated with what they were doing while we were gone and we came back to two sleeping kids. Our last day of the kids were so sorry to see her go and they still ask "I wonder what Kelly's doing"! We would highly recommend Extra Hands and can't wait to see Kelly again soon! read more

We needed a nanny with us while in the Disney parks. Lyric hung out with our 1 year old while my husband and I rode rides with our 10 and 11 year old boys. It was great having someone we trusted with our little girl while we waited in lines and enjoyed the rides. Lyric stayed right with us so I could be near my girl if she needed me. Natalia is our regular sitter for our 6 year old daughter. She is the best sitter I have had the pleasure of working with in my life. As a kindergarten teacher herself and brings all those skills to the table along with a natural curiosity and boundless energy.
