Instead you made false promises that it would be fixed and look better. The first time I left your place you admitted it looked terrible, yet you let me leave and would not have fixed it had I not asked you to. No the pictures are not brushed because I'm not going to brush my hair every 15 minutes all day everyday just to make my hair look somewhat decent. That picture is how my hair looked throughout the days. I'm not going to post a picture of brushed hair that only looked that way for 5 minutes. It would be false. I also attached the screenshot of our conversation dated 10/05/2018 and 10/17/2018. That is 12 days later and I would have gone sooner if i was in the state but I was not. Norie is very professional and super friendly ! My hair is very thick and difficult to deal with but She made it work . I had retouched my roots the night before and ended up making my hair look much lighter than I expected but She still made sure to match the hair perfectly with my highlights after .I've had my extensions since March and are still attached to my head like it's first day . It took a lot of me to not write this negative review because the lady who did my hair was super sweet. But the service I received was not professional work and I'm highly upset about it. I drove 2 hours to get my hair done, I sat there for almost 5 hours and I drove back another 2. When I first made my appointment I was NEVER told that she needed to meet with me and have a consultation first. She asked me to send her a picture of my hair... which I did. I was charged $400, my hair looked absolutely TERRIBLE. It wasn't blended at all. And the hair that she put on of my head was not human hair it was synthetic. I went to multiple salons and they all told me it wasn't real hair. I contacted her asking her for a refund because my hair looked terrible and I was super embarrassed to even wear it down. It was a waste of my time and money. She refused to give me a refund but was texting me paragraphs stating how she can add more extensions (mind you my whole head was filled there was no more room for more extensions.) She wanted me to pay more money to buy remy hair so she can install... what she wasn't understanding is that why would I trust to sit there for another 5 hours if she ruined my hair the first time she did it. Absolutely unprofessional, she did not refund me and I had the extensions removed and got them re done by a professional. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was extremely upset and she didn't give a crap. She then also texted me saying how my hair was not in good condition to start because it was thick and it's not her fault... but if I sat in that chair and she knew she couldn't blend my hair because it was too "thick" she should've never wasted both of our time. Extremely unprofessional, and the hair is 100% NOT human hair. The next lady I went to did an amazing job and was able to blend my hair really well with long human hair extensions. I'm still upset that my $400 went in the gar First of all... you did not ask me for a consultation so stop lying. I've gotten my extensions done by Norie I think 4 times now so I decided it's time to write a review to say how amazing she is. To start, Norie has a beautiful studio where she does your hair and always makes you feel comfortable and at home (the process is very long and can take a few hours), she's also super sweet and knowledgeable about hair. The extensions themselves are great quality, they're thick human hair and she can match any color. I recommend going for a color consultation before your appointment so she can match your hair perfectly. She's also great at installation, I went to a salon one time after getting the microlink extensions put in and everyone there wanted to know where I had them done. Naturally a few extensions sometimes come out but Norie will fix them for you if you want and overall the extensions get 3-4 months of wear if you take proper care of them which is great, especially considering all the heat you can add to them. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair before, the extensions just look so natural, no one can tell it's not my real hair. Not to mention, her prices are really great. I no longer live in the area but I'll continue to make the trip to Norie every time I need new extensions because she just does such a great job. read more

UPDATED PHOTOS TO SHOW HOW QUICKLY THE HAIR FELL OUT AND SHED. If I could give less stars, I would. She installed the extensions beautifully. No issues with how she installed them, she's very talented and experienced. However, the quality of the extensions were horrible. I've had extensions in the past and know how to care for them. I followed all instructions for care.. shampoo, conditioner, serum before styling, loop brush.. everything she told me to do. I had them installed in December and by 2nd week already 10 had fallen out and the ones that remained were shedding in clumps. By New Year 90% had fallen out. She was well aware of the issues I was having, but due to my busy schedule and being sick I was unable to make it in. I reached out asking that if I were to purchase my own hair if she could install. After paying $400 for something I was told would last until March she was no longer willing to accommodate me when I reached out to let her know 90% of them had fallen out. Great stylist, but terrible customer service. I would not recommend her services to anyone. You get what you pay for. 1st Photo is 12/2 - full and long 2nd Photo is from 12/24 and as you can tell it was thinning out, and tremendous length was lost. I was forced to pin back small pieces to cover the beads since the hair was thinning it was becoming obvious it was fake. read more

Prior to meeting, she took the time to text and speak with me to answer all of my questions, reassuring me that my hair experience would be amazing. She left no question unanswered. Naury is amazing! Her attention to detail and skill level is uncanny. I'm a a hair and makeup artist so I definitely know good hair when I see it. The quality of hair she uses is awesome as well as her track/ring placement. They are undetectable and look so natural. I've only had them in a day now but my hair confidence is through the roof! I've always wanted long luscious hair and now I have it thanks to Naury. I will be coming back in December or January for ring readjustment. After that I'll go back again to try the tape ins. Definitely the one to go to for hair extensions! I've had Brazilian string, which looked great but became visible after it starting to grow out and it ripped my hair in several spots. I tried the weft method next, but it kept falling out every 2-3 days and did not stay in even after the woman redid it 4 times. Then I was convinced to pay $350 for cold fusion (not including hair). 1 week later? my hair was falling out. The bonds stayed firm but the hair was falling out in the middle of each bond. After spending 600 for that, I began to think that maybe extensions weren't for me. I had an accident and my head was shaved 2 years ago so I NEEDED hair extensions. I found Naury and thought "one last time". She knew I was apprehensive, so she guaranteed them for 30 days so I thought, why not try it one last time? It's been 8 weeks, My hair looks incredible.
