A little disappointed. I was very straightforward with what I wanted. I ordered flowers for my father in laws grave and specifically said we need enough to cover the whole grave and enough to put in the middle and to not add pinks or reds. I paid $92.00 for a bouquet I could have gotten at Safeway for $20.00. In addition they added pink roses. A color I specifically said to not add. Being that I live in Fresno I was googling flower places in hollister and came upon expressions. I called at noon today to see if I could send my mom flowers superrrrrr last minute for her birthday. She was great at first by saying " let here know if we reschedule," but not offering any form of refund even though we paid the full amount ahead of time. My wife and I rescheduled but we moved it to southern california as our venue up here cancelled again on us. She said she would work with a florist we had down south since we still had the money we paid her. She claimed to have connections to have the best whole sale floral distribution, but she couldn't even provide something as simple as roses for the florist. We have emailed her to try and get flowers with the money we paid and no response. The last time we talked to her on the phone it was one excuse after another of why she couldn't help. Best floral shop in San Benito County! Been in on several occasions and I am always greeted with a friendly smile and immediate attention from their staff. On this particular day I came into the shop and was greeted by Katy. I was looking for an arrangement for my moms birthday. She lead me to the cooler and showed me a few options and then asked if I would like her to create a new piece. I ended up loving one in the cooler that was in a beautiful blue water pitcher. A few flowers were looking a little dry so she replenished them and added more roses to make it extra special!
