The staff were very professional and they did a great job. They were transparent and explained everything that was wrong and how they would address it. I had them come out for a clogged drain, but they found root intrusion and had to fix the main sewer line. They took video and showed me the results. She they were going to begin work, my outside spigot snapped off when I was trying to remove my hose and connect theirs for the pressure flush they were going to perform. They had no problem switching gears to help me fix the broken spigot and then, the following day, address my main sewer drain pipe. 100% satisfied with the service provided and will call them back if I ever need help again. read more

Red Flags I Encountered: 1. Excessive upfront payment demands - the company asked for 50% upfront for a small water heater replacement, which is above standard practice. 2. Threatening to revoke the permit - this was presented as pressure, but had no real impact on me. 3. Refusing to draft a contract until payment - Florida law requires a written contract for jobs over $1,000. This refusal is a major concern. The total quote was $1700. 4. Name discrepancy - the license belongs to Darwin Fernandez, but Kevin Garcia was the contact person. . There was no confirmation that a licensed contractor would supervise the work. 5. Pressure/harassment - repeated attempts to coerce payment show poor professionalism. 6. Sloppy paperwork - I was presented with a permit for a gas water heater, which I did not have. My family wanted to give a big "Thank You" to the team from Express Trenchless. Our home was one of the concrete slab homes with failing pipes that are all over Orlando. We were having backups on a consistent basis that were becoming more and more frequent. After researching we found that the non-dig option for repair was what would be best for us. The concept of having to jackhammer the foundation of the house was a nightmare. I messaged 22 companies to get quotes. Only 5 got back to us. Express Trenchless was wonderful. From the start they were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable on providing a quote for the services we needed. They gave us options so if we needed to do part now, and part later they would work with us. In the end, we decided to do the process for the entire house. They were able to make an appointment that wasn't 6 months out and were on-time and courteous the entire time. It was a few days of work, but they were unbelievable. They gave us video footage of the before (so we could see what needed to be done) as well as after video footage. Even when I saw something on the video, they were right there to make sure that everything was perfect. This wasn't a cheap solution, but it was the best solution in the end for our family. Their price was very reasonable. When you consider what the costs of the traditional jackhammer process it may have started less expensive, but the time and repair costs of fixing the foundation and walls, it would have made it considerably more expensive and disruptive. Some of the other companies wanted to charge to simply do the video before even providing a quote. Very responsive, they were the only ones to swing by, video my lines, and explain in detail the issues and the plan to solve them. Kevin was patient, never rushed, and answered every question. Very rare now days. I chose to line my entire sewer line, zero regrets. They did not take any short cuts or rush getting it done right. Because of all of the rock around my house, they spent more than 2 full days digging the trench, de scaling the lines, and installing the clean out pipe. While they had to remove a plant, they were very careful to take the root system and temporarily plan it elsewhere to save it. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and returned the plant.
