I brought my quote from the dealer inside and talked to Johnny about my tire needs. He was very helpful and, in the end, ordered two tires for me to arrive the next morning. Unfortunately, the tires didn't arrive when expected, so I ended up going back later in the day. There would be a wait, so I chose to return the next day. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and it was ready a little after 10 AM. Overall, great local service. I'll be back!

Came in to drop off my jeep on 6/24/2024 and was met outside by the assistant manager, which advised me that the business owner decided to close down the business. I've put in a fraud claim with my bank. So now it's just a waiting game. Here I am thinking that I'd help a local business owner instead of a big box store business. I can only pray that I get my money back. And unfortunately my big city wall has gone up again. Sometimes giving local businesses a chance is just not worth it. All it took was one bad apple to spoil the orchard.

They are not pushy and don't try to sell you things you don't need. They are a great team of people that work together to get you in and out in a timely fashion. They even show you where to find a coupon if you are new to the area. We will be back to have the second vehicle serviced soon as well when it's due! Great job and service with a smile! Now have to take it back again for them to correct their incomplete work. In addition, I really do not appreciate their dirty uniforms on my light colored interior. I now have to clean my seats from their greasy uniforms. With sooo many negative reviews one would think they would/could correct these most basic issues. I guess they really don't care. Nice guys but I won't be returning for service.
