They stripped the drain plug on my last oil change which caused a leak, then wanted twelve dollars for a replacement when I went back. The young man explained the options I had and quoted me my price and stated it would take about 45 minutes. I took my car for an oil change and I was very pleased with the service. I was informed that I also needed to consider changing my air filter but I did not have time to get it done the same day. Jen reached out to me about a week after, to ask me if I had time to set an appointment to replace the filter. I was so happy she called because I had completely forgot about it at that point. I originally had an appointment with pepboys but because we missed the appointment by 30 minutes, they cancelled my appointment. I only had today available to get the oil change too and I had already made an appointment with pepboys twice already and both times they cancelled on me. I then called express lube to see if they could see me today, and they said to come on in. Jennifer was able to get me in n out within 5 minutes to drop my car off. My car was ready to be picked up within one hour for a oil change, wheel rotation, tire pressure and air filter change. My car requires synthetic oil and all that service was about 110$ where's the quote I got from pepboys for just one oil chance was 110$. I went on a Tuesday morning, they already had 4 cars ahead of me however Jennifer was very attentive and did not rush me at all. All the staff members there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's over 110 degrees out but their friendly energy was unmatchable. read more

Went in after driving 1700 miles, to have my oil changed and coolant checked/topped off before driving another 800 miles to south Baja. It cost over $90. The coolant alone was $20 or so. Didn't make it very far south of Mexicali before I began overheating, which has never happened in this truck. Stopped to let the truck cool on side of road for half an hour before limping down the road and into a gas station. Then is when we saw the radiator cap had not been put on properly and was badly askew. All the water had boiled out of the radiator! I called the shop to tell them they didn't put the cap on right and the response I got was "I DID TOO!" The immediate denial of responsibility was very unprofessional, besides being untrue. No one else was under the hood THAT morning! A mechanic who checked out my truck later said they put in 1/2 a liter too much oil as well. So, they are careless and don't back up their own service errors. Nice manners and smiles but I wouldn't trust them. read more

My wife took her car in about 6 months ago to get the car's regular maintenance oil change. They also replaced the cabin air filter and charged her 40 bucks to replace it. Well to my surprise they never replaced the filter but charged her for it. Save your money and go to your local auto parts store and buy one for under 10 bucks. Easy to install in most cars. I've never had problems with them but they sure pulled a fast one on me. read more
