I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. It says on the front door that the last wash is at 9:30pm and that they close at 10pm. This is a lie because they close at 9:30pm. Very misleading information and literally a lie!!! My boyfriend asked the girl that was already outside the laundromat why she was closing the door at 9:30pm and she said that there was nobody there so she closed. She should be fired and replaced with someone who does the job. You can't stop the customer from picking up their laundry 30 minutes before closing time because it's the employee's decision to go home early!
