I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. Most of the time there is no one in there so it's not like people fight over the washers.. I walk in at 8:30ish after my shift at work to dry my clothes. All the doors are locked. clearly on the door it states they close at 10! People are still inside doing their laundry and the attendant just looks at me and looks away. So I knock again on the door. She finally comes and unlocks it and questions me if I'm here for pick up, I said no, I'm here to dry my laundry she makes a face at me like I'm such a burden to her.. I walk over to the washer I was using and with attitude she said she's closing up at 9:30! and I see all my clothes sitting out in a basket. I asked her if she removed my things and she said yes and then walked away from me. Ok I understand some places have signs that say they have the right to do that but Jesus! The night attendant is rude! The people that run this place are not good business people. I'm a paying customer I shouldn't be told to leave early when closing time isn't for another hour or so. But no worries, you no longer get my business!
