Last night I bought a 15 dollar rotisserie chicken, and it was spoiled. I had bought it as they were closing,so I had to wait till the AM to return it. Immediate response I got was attitude, and the comment she made was she "couldnt just return EATEN FOOD like that" as if I had taken more than two tiny bites... I paid 15 dollars for this chicken. So she then begrudgingly said I could go ask the lady in the kitchen if she could make me a new one... Go and explain it to her and that the manager said I could ask her to make me a new one in exchange "Oh no, I can't do that" And I stated oh so I'm just stuck with a spoiled 15 dollar chicken you all sold me Looks me dead in the eye with a flat tone in her voice "YEP" So at that point yeah I'm a little pissed off, wasted 15 dollars and then get attitude for no reason, like im in there trying to get over on them and rip em off or something. So on my way out, in the parking lot I admit I lost my cool a bit, and turned the bag upside down and left the chicken there with them.
