They are very friendly and helpful. It is a meat house so don't go there unless you're prepared for the scent of a butcher house! They are well stocked on all items and the team members that work here are very polite. The lines move quick. This reminds me of Buc-ee's but way more easy to navigate, less busy, and a bit smaller.

More…read morethan once, I've handed my card to an employee, only for them to walk away and not return, leaving me searching for both them and my card. What made the experience even more frustrating was bringing these concerns to the manager and feeling like she simply didn't care. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or effort to address the issue. Good customer service starts with good management, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. Her management skills should be reevaluated because this level of indifference is unacceptable, especially when customers are spending a significant amount of money. For context i order a large iced Chai with 2 pumps of cinnamon syrup and cold foam. One time he completely disregarded to put the cold foam on my drink even though it was ordered and payed for. Another time when I ordered 2 pumps of cinnamon syrup he instead added six to both the drink and the recipt and ruined the drink. His attitude also leaves much to be desired, he acts annoyed with everything and is consistently rude. Whenever it's anybody else working there the experience is amazing and my drinks are always perfect it is only him that is the problem. I didn't want to put anybody down but this has been a repeat problem that I feel must be shared.
