Then they charged my account over $500 when I called him about it he didn't take my call instead emailed me that I should of sent in documents (again never told me about this) I finally got fed up and called carrier directly and they processed the cancellation with no hesitation. I go get a new policy with a new company. I was a pain but companies have freedom of association. Now they are sending me a bill for more money for a "adjustment to cancellation".
