Hurricane Harvey hit in Sept2015, after i had taken out an additional $700 for hurricane damage insurance. My first claim EVER submitted (for anything in my life) and after months of refusing to respond to me and putting me off. They finally 100% denied my claim. They said that my $2400+ insurance didnt cover rain that was "forced up under my roof tiles". My NEW ROOF was less than one year old at that time. I cannot tell you how unprofessional and downright rude and disrepectful the JEFFREY GIBSON Agengy is!!!!!!! Avoid this AGENCY like a plague!!! I am writing this review in November 2021...5 years later, as I am still outraged after all this time!!!!!

And, when I tried to cancel my policy, they told me I had to come into an office to sign paperwork. Really?!?!? Every other auto insurer in the world allows you to manage and CANCEL your policy ONLINE these days, EXCEPT FOR THIS PLACE. BE WARNED - do not do business with them unless you want to do it in person and are prepared to pay high rates. Do yourself a favor and shop around online - trust me, it is worth the 5 minutes it will take to get better rates and be able to manage your policy ONLINE!
