However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!
