Maria was the absolute best!! Had to do a transfer of title for a vehicle after the death of my father and she knocked it out the park! Super knowledgeable about the process and made everything so smooth. Won't go anywhere else super friendly and exceeded all expectations. read more

Their service charge fee went from 50 to 80, what they don't tell you is that they charge extra commission for certain "DMV fees" so by the end you pay 200 or more for any service they do for you, always check the dmv fees page and adding the 80 for service, you will see exactly how much extra money is the difference, because it being small town she refuses to service the people that report her license and service to the DMV for hidden charges and crooked business, it's still cheaper go to the DMV offices off the mountain read more

I was trying to give them business today but after numerous phone calls I gave up and drove down the mountain to auto club and of course she finally decided to call after an hour after I left message that's what I get for supporting a local business thx never again read more

Thank you, Maria, for helping us register our car from out of state. You made sure we knew what was required and gave us an accurate estimate for how much we needed to pay. Thank you for answering out questions and for being so patient. As we waited for our turn, I noted how you were thorough in your answers to others and made sure each person understood and knew what was needed or has what they needed. When it was our turn, you were as thorough and patient even on a Friday at the end of the day! I highly recommend Express Auto Registration! read more

Maria is amazing! Like a smartie pants, I purchased a vehicle from out of state during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order. All DMVs were closed and I thought I'd have to wait until after they opened again to get my new vehicle registered. Fortunately, I googled this place and they were still open. We handled it within 24 hours! read more

I needed to register my car and my registration had expired. I thought it was going to be a hassle and maybe I was going to have to drive down to DMV office since my tags were expired. I brought in my paperwork to Auto Express Registration. I spoke with Maria who was very helpful even calling the DMV directly. She was very sweet and offered us while waiting water or coffee, she had yummy treats set out. She got me the tags for my truck the same day. I didn't want to drive down hill and wait in long lines at the DMV, this saved me time. I will come be back, I even left with a driving handbook for my daughter. read more
