If you've ever seen the Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi, you'll have an idea of what level of customer service to expect. Maria very well may be a capable agent, but be prepared for horrible communication and extreme moodiness. If they feel like responding they will, if they don't then no soup for you. While I was working with them on a very urgent matter, they would take days to reply to an email or return a phone call. Another time they closed for 2 consecutive non-holiday business days with no explanation, no email replies, no outgoing message explaining the closure, and a full voicemail box. When I very politely asked about this, she said it's none of my business and quite rudely scolded me for having the nerve to ask. It's not her fault if insurance companies are slow to respond. But rather than just tell us this, they choose to be non-responsive, refuse to give simple updates, and blame the customer for simply requesting proper communication. If you're looking for an insurance agent who will leave you hanging when you need them most, this agency if for you.

She blames us not getting our tags the day we went in on automakers hack and all dmv items had to be done at dmv and stated she had a standing appointment due to this. Sacramento confirmed this was not true. This was June 18th. We have left several voicemails, sent a message to her on FB and even went by the building and she has not responded at all. We ended up having to call Sacramento to have our pink slip mailed and paid an extra $28 to have the tags sent again. Do not go here, she will take your money and never get back to you.
