Excited, nervous, scared - ALL THE FEELINGS before taking Beginners Aerial Yoga with Jenn…read more I purchased a one class session on the MINDBODY app was was instantly able to book a class. The studio is very clean and has a waiting area where you can leave your shoes and belongings in a cubby. Jenn is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time trying aerial yoga. Also - her playlist was amazing - which is important for a good workout. If you are looking for a killer workout that is so much fun and doesn't feel like you're working out, I would highly recommend taking one of her classes. I will definitely be back soon.

I've had it up to here with this place. I had purchased a 5-class aerial yoga package which I was…read moretold "had no expiration date". At the time they were using Mind/Body Connect and when I checked my account online, there was indeed an expiration date. Unfortunately, due to classes that had no available spots and then the classes being CANCELED due to equipment maintenance, I was unable to use the rest of the package before it expired. If you're trying to get a hold of someone at this place, don't hold your breath. You'll need to call and email at least 3-5 times, or update your review and reduce stars for them to get back to you. (I know because I updated mine a couple of months ago and after that, someone got back to me. They never mentioned the updated review but I decided to be kind and remove it, leaving my original 5 stars.) I was assured I could use the remainder of my classes but I couldn't book online because their darn system didn't recognize my package as valid. Then once the equipment was finally back, they changed the schedule so I had a hard time securing a spot again. I was again assured I could use my package but no one answers or responds to calls! So tonight, I came in good faith hoping that someone bothered to check voicemail and email. I guess not though, because the door was locked, lights out. Total waste of my time. At this point I just want a refund and be done with this place! It's a shame because I enjoyed the classes, but it's just not worth the trouble. Regardless of the outcome this time around, I won't be deleting my updated review, like I did the last time once they finally got back to me. There's little they can do to rectify this situation and change my mind about their care and concern for their customers.

What an AWFUL experience…read more... Was excited to get back into yoga and was looking forward to sharing this experience with a friend. The good- people taking the class all seem very nice. The instructor knowledgeable in palates. The bad - studio smell like sweat that has not been cleaned up in ... ever. - the studio owner is unprofessional and rude and there is nothing "namaste" about her demeanor. - the instructor seems threatened and terrified of her boss (the owner) to the point of creating a false narrative Will not be returning. If you are okay with disrespectful behavior and just taking class by disconnecting with the rest of the world- this is a place for you. Disclaimer - I am a health professional with 30+ years of dance teaching experience. When your hot yoga studio forbids you from leaving the room during class, even if you felt unwell, it raises concerns about safety. To add insult to injury when the studio owner proceeds to yell at you, questions you says that by leaving the class was disrupted, and insults - that's speaks volumes about the culture of the practice. If I didn't leave, the class would have been even more disrupted with the instructor unable to teach at all because they would need to take care of the student instead of teaching, Furthermore, when the owner accuses the client that because of the client the owner could not complete their scheduled personal important appointment- that demonstrates concern for the owner's mental state. There are safety risks involved with hot yoga and it is the responsibility of the instructor and the student to ensure safety. Listening to your body is paramount: Regardless of studio policy, your well-being should be the priority. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or experience any other signs of heat intolerance or illness during a hot yoga class, it's essential to take a break or leave the room. Same with dance -pushing through injury is highly discouraged as it may cause further injury. People are paying for the class, this is not a prison. No one comes to class looking to disobey.

Its truly a hot room, a great selection of classes ,flexable times and unbelievable instructors!.read more
