Hector runs a no-nonsense school and is greatly committed to bringing out the best in each of his students. In addition to the physical training, my kids have learned about self-discipline, respect and perseverance. Their self-confidence has improved and their fear of the unknown has diminished and nothing can beat the controlled physical conditioning they receive.
