On top of that, I discovered a big paint chip on my door that definitely wasn't there before I brought my car in. Overall, very disappointing experience--poor cleaning and new damage to my vehicle. Would not recommend.

I've been going here for the past 3 years and the managers there has always been consistent on his performance and offers quality service and has been a great asset to the location. The car wash experience is great as the soap is reasonable amount and the water amount is generous so you don't leave with a bunch of soap unlike a lot of other locations. The car does come spotless 9.8/10 times. The location has been improving a lot of the years with a bunch of technology and ALPR cameras and their online platform. One thing I do think the location does need to improve on is to focus on the vacuum suction area. The vacuums could be improved and do much better suction than it has now and if improves on that front then it's hands down one of the best car washes in the region One of the best car washes experience than the ones I tried. If you buy a car scent then 100% of the profits go to kids foster charity which is a huge bonus! Overall great experience and small business to support. 5/5 To owners: the manager there has been an excellent asset to your location and I never had a bad experience with the guy. He's personable, has a strong work ethic, strong performance on his service and a huge asset to the employees there. Compensate that man well with a generous salary. A huge asset to your growing business. I'm serious....

Having lived in the Sacramento area for 6 years, I am convinced that this is one of those rare businesses where you quickly catch on to the fact that you will be treated like family, even if you arrive with mud on your windshield and the weight of the world on your shoulders. Rob is a remarkable human, Luis has worked a bit of magic on parts of my vehicle that had me befuddled, and the staff at the check-out counter are ready with a smile before I can even hand them my ticket. I am VERY disappointed in Pavilion. My last review, a very positive one, was in 2013, and…read moreapparently they have gone down in quality and service since then. New management or ownership? I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.

With my most recent job, I had originally thought of ordering several carbon fiber components for my vehicle including a front splitter and rear diffuser when Adrian (Shop Manager) suggested that we try using carbon fiber paint protection film (PPF) on select components of the vehicle. It is quite affordable and well worth the nominal additional cost! As always: highly recommended shop for PPF, Ceramic Window Tint, which I've done four times as well, and much more.
