I highly recommend Ayala Driving School. My wife is from Thailand, and had never driven a car when…read moreshe took lessons from Ayala. They were very kind, patient and understanding with her. The best part of the program is instructor Richard Castillo, Mr. Castillo sees his position as an instructor as more than just a job, and he takes a deep personal interest in the success of his students. He thinks about students on his days off, and plans out a path forward to help individual students break through some of the obstacles preventing them from passing the driving test. He went out of his way to work with my wife and she passed her test on the 2nd attempt. If Mr. Castillo can teach my wife how to drive safely, and pass the test, he can teach anyone. He is kind and gentle person who was born to teach driving.

Scheduling Mess I am…read morein it now. I paid in full. To schedule driving everything is full and you literally play bingo. You get a notification of a vacant spot, once you login it's already taken. They don't answer the phone. THE OWNER got snappy with me when I asked for clarification. I'll see about getting a refund and moving my kid to another location. Nothing is explained properly and they direct you to the website. they pretty much take your money and want you to do it all yourself. As far as the instructors, well, I haven't been able to schedule a session so we don't know them yet.

If you do your research, you'll quickly see that GHFH is one of the best educational options…read moreavailable for children. My daughter has attended for the past two years, and we've seen tremendous growth academically, socially, and personally. One thing we especially appreciate is the school's intentional focus on academics and classical education rather than pop culture distractions, though occasionally the line can feel a bit blurry regarding that aspect. We were initially unsure about the uniforms, but over time I've come to appreciate them. They create a sense of unity among the scholars and help keep the emphasis on learning rather than appearance. There are occasional days ("celebrations") where students can dress up though, such as on Spirit Days and Character Dress Up Days. Kindergarteners have an American Symbols celebration & 100 Days of School celebration for example (although these specifics may change). The academics are certainly challenging, but not in an unreasonable or overwhelming way. It is a rigorous environment that encourages students to grow and think critically. I do believe starting earlier is beneficial, as transitioning from a traditional public school may take some adjustment, though it is definitely possible. The discipline structure is also different from what many families may be used to in traditional public schools, but in my experience it is rooted in respect, accountability, and order. I also want to address a common misconception. While many staff members may personally hold religious beliefs, I have never seen religion imposed in the classroom. The school's emphasis on truth, goodness, and beauty comes from a classical education framework rather than a religious agenda. Different religions are discussed academically as part of learning about history and culture, but religion itself has not been a central focus of our child's education here. Overall, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are very happy with the education and environment GHFH provides.
