I noticed the hemming on the bottom was the right length for both pants, but the hemming was not straight at all and was messy (saw other reviews say the same thing); there were even threads loose. I just washed the pants, and the whole stitching on one pant leg came out and the pant leg is no longer hemmed anymore. Now I need to get it fixed again. The workers are friendly and try their best to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of the customers; they have a number of regulars. Hubby had them dry clean 2 of his suits. They do all their work on their premises (dry cleaning and alterations) so service is super quick. The suits came back clean and pressed. At these prices with good service, we're definitely coming back again and again. UPDATE: had them do a rush job dry cleaning and shortening a formal gown. They were super speedy (ready for pick up in two days), professional, friendly and the gown fit and looked beautiful!

I did have one unsatisfactory experience when I requested extra thread to reinforce a high stress point on the inseam of one of my pants and also to double wrap the button which comes off periodically - I assured them I did't care if it didn't look original or made the button stiff - but they just ignored instructions, did it the usual way and the same item needed repair again in 5 months. ( next time I took it to Sketchley Cleaners in the same mall, the older Korean lady did exactly what I asked and it's still holding up 2.5 years later,,,) But overall they're pretty reliable for routine work like hemming pants, adjusting waists or replacing buttons in good time and reasonable price.
