Despite original reassurances that what he was doing would fix my issue, it did not. I had to get Peter back out a number of times (and it was difficult to get him to commit to dates to come back). The issue was never resolved, I still have a very damp ceiling and after the third time, Peter refused to come out again, saying that he'd done enough. I'm £450 out of pocket and now have to pay for the same job again with someone who can hopefully fix this issue. He did offer me a fraction of the cost back as a gesture of goodwill, but considering the small amount offered, I did not accept that offer. Expensive, poor quality of work and disappointing customer service - I would not recommend this business.
