The full current range of paints are offered up in a wall display and on colour boards on the centre island where you can mix, match and check if your desired colour scheme actually goes together. The thing that makes the experience 5 stars is of course the staff. They have all the time in the world to help talk you through colour ideas, schemes and the finish you are after. While they are happy to take the time to advise you, there is never a pushy sales edge to any of their discourse. You get advice and information, and they let you leave freely with just that, knowing you will be back once you have seen how good the paint is....and it is.

They use traditional printing and manufacturing methods and as a result, their products are unique and high quality. Expensive, but worth it. Sales assistants are helpful and know their stuff; they also seem to really love the products they are selling (a bit of a rarity those days!) Style is fairly traditional, but if you are looking for authenticity and quality, you will probably strike gold.

So when I needed a couple of windows replacing at home, that cringing feeling of being fleeced once more crossed my mind. I didn't know any local builders/home improvement services in my area that I could trust to do a good job, on time, and for a decent price. But I do now! A friend of mine recommended Experterra to me and I am glad she did. Not only did they give me a professional quote which was impressive and in my budget (!) they turned up on time everyday when they said they would. These friendly guys provide a wide range of services including painting and decorating too - I'm having the downstairs painted before Christmas! Definitely worth recommending as I know there will be others in my (pre Experterra) predicament.

We highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again when it's time to do the exterior paint job!

I have to admit that it had been left far too long so there was a great deal of filling and making good to be done before painting could start, however, he came back with an acceptable quote and finished the work on time and to the price. I cannot fault his work ethic and I have to say it was a pleasure having a skilled craftsperson carry out the work to the high standard he sets himself. Would I employ him again ? I think that goes without saying.
