My friend asked me to find someone that could do this type of work. She got two bids and we felt First Class was the one we were going to take a chance on. As it turns out we picked a winner! They arrived early and worked all day. They brought two people one for each side of the fence. They did a great job and water proofed the entire fence. If you need a power washing job I would recommend you give First Class a call. The fence looks great!

It was very easy to schedule and confirm an appointment, and I obtained a same day estimate and invoice that was through and complete. My initial appointment occurred in an indirect manner as I was called back to the office, but I was able to explain everything via the phone and still have a through understanding. On the scheduled day, a team of two came to pressure wash the house and once again go over the scope. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Upon completion, we did a full walk through too. I was very happy with their work and my home looks immaculate again. I'd highly recommend them!

By far the worst experience for us. We had a hail storm in April of 2020 and contracted with this…read morecompany to make necessary repairs as needed. They had a migrant roofing crew install our roof. Both the house and the garage leaked and they had to redo both. They would not help us cover the house roof when it was raining. We had to go up on our roof and tarp it in the rain. They could not have cared any less about our problem they caused. They had a migrant crew install gutters. It took them 4 tries to get the garage gutter to drain and still failed. We located the problem and adjusted the grade to allow it to drain properly and did all the work ourselves. DO NOT believe anything on that slick fake website. Nothing they claim about customer service is true. They wrapped 2 windows and they had to be redone. Holy cow! The guy could not do the job and pounded on the metal window wrapping with a hammer and punch. It was a disaster but the worker told us that was as good as he could do. This same person was our alleged "project manager". He told my wife he had a sunburn and commenced to pull up his shirt to show her his burns. Holy Cow!! Due to his not being truthful many times and this action my wife told him to never step on our property ever again and we called advanced construction and informed them never have this person contact us. Just beyond inappropriate! We demanded that the windows be redone by someone who knew how to do this type of work. Throughout the process we were continually lied to about every aspect of the problem. They even installed siding backwards. How can that even happen? We have photos and video of everything I say. We are so done with these people. The work was started in the first of June and now it is the middle of October and we are fixing their mistakes ourselves. On a side note, they also install a roof on our neighbors house by a migrant roofing crew from somewhere down south. His roof also leaked and their gutter crew did the most outrageous install anyone has ever seen. They did not use corner pieces on the gutters, when a connection needed to be made they stuck a piece of downspout between the gutters. It leaked beyond belief as well as being the ugliest thing ever on the front of his house. Everyone took photos of this horrific mess and now these pics are all over this area and even overseas to show our international friends how gutters are installed in the US. We have lived in our home for 30 years and have made many upgrades and this company showed us all the ways a company can be incompetent, inappropriate and untruthful all at the same time. Caveat Emptor!!

The quality of their work is shockingly low and they did a LOT of damage while in my home. Their website gives an impression of expertise, but beware. I hired them to extract insulation so I could have the attic inspected. I told them I left bad reviews for people who did sloppy work and didn't fix their issues, but this was the first time I experienced this ridiculousness. As for the ceiling, I heard a very loud bang when they were doing the insulation removal, but I still had them replace the ceiling. They charged me for replacing 2 drywall sheets in the ceiling and suggested I not be there when the did it due to my allergies. When I realized later they hadn't done any more than jack it up and screw it back in (and popcorn over the screws), I also realized they just wanted to make thousands for an hour's work. They did a terrible job and did more damage to my house than the job was worth - not just the paint they got all over the siding, deck, and patio. They duct taped plastic to my painted walls, stripping them of paint taking it down. Who does that? They scraped my stairwell ceiling with their equipment and then painted a stripe over it to try and hide it. The attic sealing they did was no where near sealed. Check out the picture of the chimney pipe they said they sealed. Foam on one side is sealed? They covered an opening into the living space with vinyl planks instead of wood - but they told me they did wood. They left gaps and insulation went down into my air return. How much? Who knows. I'd say they owe me money.
