He noticed that we had hail damage on our roof and siding. We explained that a previous contractor said the same thing but our insurance company denied the claim. He offered to be present when the insurance adjuster performed their assessment and, four days later, we received word that the insurance company was now going to replace the entire roof and all of the siding. Cody offered recommendations on shingle products and set up a time for us to visit the building supplier so we could review our options. His quote for the roof didn't require us to pay anything out of pocket and his roofing crew did an excellent job cleaning up the job site during and after each day's work. His crew completed our large roof in two days and Cody came out personally each day and at the end to walk the job site, pick up debris, and address a few minor concerns.
