BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will not admit it!…read more Complaint made: Hi, Today, 29th May, 2025, afternoon me and my family went to Gigantti Skanssi and inquired about buying a desktop computer worth around 600 euro. The sales person, a young man with beard just handed over a Resurs bank flyer and asked me to apply by myself when I asked about paying installments. I informed him I am a repeat customer with Gigantti membership and I bought several items worth several thousand euros from the same store. When I bought 98 inch TCL a Gigantti official applied and passed the loan on my behalf. Unfortunately we did not receive the same service this time. He did not even open to check my membership page! Please check my buying record with Gigantti. And Gigantti should let me know directly if Gigantti does not need customers like me. Thank you. Other than that, Walley financing is the only other option that we provide in store. If you order online, you can use Klarna to finance your purchase. Of course, we appreciate you choosing us as your store for your electronic needs however as previously stated, those are the only finance options we provide and if they don't work there is not much we can do about it. I ordered nearly 700e worth of goods over a week ago with home delivery. They have on their web page at time of order that their stock has 74 of the products in stock. All I have received so far is an email saying " sorry you delivery will be late" No explanation why, or even a clue when I will receive my order. Its not the delivery company, as I have not even received a tracking code. Speaking with customer support was a waste of time,all I was told was " we are very busy, your order MAYBE sent next week" when asked are you sure, the answer was, we are very busy. If you are busy and cant keep your delivery promises, then I suggest you employ more staff, or say on your web page " you will get you product at some point during your life time!

Clas Ohlson is the store that carries a bit of everything. They carry products in categories home,…read moremultimedia, leisure, hardware and electrical so basically most of the things one may need at home. I am usually a big fan but this store is not great as it is a bit maze and difficult to navigate. The assortment is the same as elsewhere but here I often struggle to find things and that includes staff to ask where stuff is.The best bet is to locate one of their computers and search for it and then go by shelf number. Still the concept is great and it is affordable so if in Helsinki and in need of some random stuff for your home this is the place to go.
