Complaint made:
Hi,
Today, 29th May, 2025, afternoon me and my family went to Gigantti Skanssi and inquired about buying a desktop computer worth around 600 euro. The sales person, a young man with beard just handed over a Resurs bank flyer and asked me to apply by myself when I asked about paying installments.
I informed him I am a repeat customer with Gigantti membership and I bought several items worth several thousand euros from the same store. When I bought 98 inch TCL a Gigantti official applied and passed the loan on my behalf. Unfortunately we did not receive the same service this time. He did not even open to check my membership page!
Please check my buying record with Gigantti. And Gigantti should let me know directly if Gigantti does not need customers like me.

Hi!
We cannot control whether the loan application to Resurs goes through or not. Other than that, Walley financing is the only other option that we provide in store. If you order online, you can use Klarna to finance your purchase. Of course, we appreciate you choosing us as your store for your electronic needs however as previously stated, those are the only finance options we provide and if they don't work there is not much we can do about it. Apologies if the service was inadequate.
