BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will not admit it! Complaint made: Hi, Today, 29th May, 2025, afternoon me and my family went to Gigantti Skanssi and inquired about buying a desktop computer worth around 600 euro. The sales person, a young man with beard just handed over a Resurs bank flyer and asked me to apply by myself when I asked about paying installments. I informed him I am a repeat customer with Gigantti membership and I bought several items worth several thousand euros from the same store. When I bought 98 inch TCL a Gigantti official applied and passed the loan on my behalf. Unfortunately we did not receive the same service this time. He did not even open to check my membership page! Please check my buying record with Gigantti. And Gigantti should let me know directly if Gigantti does not need customers like me. Thank you. Other than that, Walley financing is the only other option that we provide in store. If you order online, you can use Klarna to finance your purchase. Of course, we appreciate you choosing us as your store for your electronic needs however as previously stated, those are the only finance options we provide and if they don't work there is not much we can do about it. I bought a Litter Robot 4 in Gigantti Finland via online shop. We had the previous model Litter Robot 3 for many years and directly bought this one from the Manufacturer in the US as it was not available back then in Finland. We was very happy with the one we got from the manufacturer and after many years of use it brook down so we ordered the new model directly here with Gigantti as they had it now in their product line. After we received the delivery of the new model I saw immediately that this will not work for our cat as this new model was far smaller as the previous model. And this exactly happened, the cat did not even used it ones. So I contacted Gigantti via email for the return or exchange to the other older model, which they also sell. The phone customer service hotline don't offer English support which I understand that they of course have limitations on the phone but I expected that we could work it out via email. After 5 days and constant reminding the Gigantti service team I eventually received a short annswer to tell me that there is no return option!? Every company, who sells this product accepts return, even the manufacturer. But Gigantti not ??????? It was not even used and I wanted simply to change it to the older, but bigger model. I explained this all via email but I assume no one really looked into it. Thank you Gigantti, for not taking the time to look probably in my email request, not answering my questions, telling me to contact the phone service where no one speaks English and finally not given the return offer to me, even thought the product was not used. I'm sitting now with a brand new unused 1000€ product which we cannot use. Well...... worst experience ever!!! read more

If you take a defective/broken product (headphones) in that is still under warranty, they refuse to fix it (blaming it on "moisture damage" even though it was not used in the rain or gym) and they charge for shipping to the manufacturer. They don't even offer you a chance to pay for the technician to fix it. They only give back a broken product and a bill for the shipping charge. I asked After-Sales for clarification on all the confusion and requested, "please respond within the next 5 days because Black Friday sales are coming" - when did I get a response? One MONTH later!! I had very bad experience with Gigantti. I booked a product at Espoontie 25. On the website it was shown that it is there, but when I came (spent an hour to get there) it turned out that this product does not exist in this shop. Ok. But then, I ordered through their managers the same product with delivery to the closest posti office and payed for it. Their managers didn't give me any information on how should i track my order or when it will come. So, I paid 200 euro only for a bill. Then I wrote to their contact center and they said me that the delivery will take around week and a half. That's nice right? Do not recommend to buy anything there. Use other shops. Really! read more
