I've been going to Amy's Beauty Salon for about 10 years for threading and hair services. I have…read morevery sensitive skin and am extremely particular about who I trust with my face and eyebrows. For years, Amy was the only person I trusted with my threading, and the results have always been great. Because my skin is so sensitive, threading can sometimes be uncomfortable, so I was especially grateful that on my most recent visit, Amy was very gentle and made the experience more comfortable than usual. Recently, Amy wasn't available, so I reluctantly decided to have Humera do my brows, and I'm so glad I did! She was incredibly gentle, careful and precise. Humera and Nazir, who manages the salon, also encouraged me to try brow tinting for the first time. Nazir gave me a small discount to try it and offered suggestions for next time. I loved the results and am so happy to have found someone else there I can completely trust with my threading. Marielena has been doing my hair for years, and she is wonderful! She's incredibly talented and really knows what she's doing. I trust her completely--I can sit in her chair, let her do her thing and know I'll be happy with the results. Having a hairstylist you can trust that much is priceless, and she is one of the reasons I've continued coming back all these years. After about 10 years, Amy's is still my go-to for my hair and threading. I've built a lot of trust with the people I see there, and that's what keeps me coming back.

I've been coming here for almost 4 years and have always had great experiences, which makes this…read moreespecially disappointing. Today I came in for both nails and a pedicure. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing. A pedicure is more than just polish--it's the FULL service--and unfortunately that standard was not met today. Sadly, this experience and the way Sarah handled it has made me decide not to return. All she cares about is money and not the customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

It was painless in part because I was expecting it and in part because she has a good hand for this. I absolutely love how they came out!! I no longer had to take time to do my eye brows and more importantly it changed my face for the better :) I can honestly say that we are in December 2017 and I have not once filled my eye brows. I am new to yelp and do not know if I can share a picture but if I can I will share one from this weekend from my sons baptism. I can't wait for my touch up not because I need it but because I can't wait to see what new tricks Elizabdra has. She is very passionate about her work and it shows. She constantly reaches out to me to see how my eyebrows are doing and I love that. Try her out you will not be disappointed. Best treatment, super cute location and the best artist.
