Not often, I recommend a dentist but Dr Hannah R Beatty is a rare professional. Who provides professional service from the initial consultation to the final root canel. Everything explained in detail and discussed, no surprises. read more

Never thought a root canal experience would be positive but I am feeling very good and happy to have been recommended this wonderful place!! Had a recent dental checkup and was told I had tooth resorption and needed a root canal. Trustworthy establishment and I appreciated how upfront they were about pricing and what my insurance covered right off the bat. The procedure went great and I want to give Dr. Noble a big round of applause! He is truly amazing and very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Tracy is amazing too, the assistant who was there during my procedure. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Great job to all the amazing staff who work there! read more

The dentist if one of my least favorite places in the world, especially for a root canal. I have to admit that Dr. James and his Expert Assistance Tracy did a wonderful job. Mind you, the dentist is still one of my least favorite places to go, but they helped ease my mind. read more

I hate the dentist.....and a root canal is even worse! But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Dr. Beatty. The office was really clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. Dr. Beatty explained everything as she was going, took x-rays along the way to make sure things were going right. Unlike the previous review, the final x-ray was important to me. She showed me the root of the tooth, the seal at the end of the tooth to ensure she got the entire root. I felt very safe and well cared for which is very important to me. I would recommend this office to my family and friends. read more

I have had work done here on a couple occasions. The staff and doctor James are all OUTSTANDING at this office. I'm impressed that all times I have received a follow up telephone call checking on me. Dr. James explains every step in the process as he proceeds with the dental work. Definitely will give a 10 rating. read more

I received thorough attentive care and have felt 100% good ever since. Thank you Dr. James!

GO HERE! I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shen and his outstanding team (both front office and medical). I never thought a root canal could be a positive experience, but it truly was. From scheduling an appt, to having perfect clarity on the costs associated, to day-of check-in and the procedure itself. I was taken care of, comfortable, pain-free. Dr. Shen is so compassionate, professional, and beyond EXPERT at what he does. I was in and out in no time. So happy my dentist referred me here for the procedure. This is the highest level of quality endodontics. Thank you, Dr. Shen and team. You are THE BEST! read more

I was referred to the Vancouver office by my La Center Dentist for a follow up crown (possible need for a root canal). I spoke with their office on Friday and was told that the consultation was free and that there would only be a cost if I needed a root canal. At my Monday 8/28 appointment, I was told that I didn't need a root canal. Upon checking out, I was charged $110. And THEN told that the Panoramic x-ray was NOT part of the consultation / and not covered by my insurance. I am disappointed that they were not upfront about all the costs. As I tell my grand-kids - use your words. Denise Bingham. read more

Dr. Katy Wright and her team are masters of their craft. They made getting a root canal painless and (dare I say), easy. I was so lucky to find them and I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

A few weeks back I had a root canal with Hannah Beatty. Beware if you are concerned about having dental xrays that this is not the practice you want to go to. When I questioned the necessity of an xray she wanted after the procedure was finished, she could not provide any explanation which made sense. There was an approximate 2-3 minute conversation in which after I questioned whether it was really necessary, she repeated over and over that I just had to do it. She did offer that perhaps my dentist would require it ( he didn't) and that my insurance would require it ( I had already checked with them, they did not require it). Eventually when she could give no medical reason for the xray, I told her I was not going to have it and she was then irritable and petulantly told me I would be dismissed as a patient from their practice. I was a bit shocked at that and replied that I guessed then that I was dismissed. Without another word, she got up from her seat and stalked out of the room. She behaved like a child and I was left without any options if I had problems from the procedure over the weekend. For your information, I had already submitted to their required CT scan prior to the procedure, and an additional xray after Beatty finished filling the pulp space to ensure everything was in proper position ( explained by assistant). I reviewed Beatty's procedure note also which I requested and saw that she wrote in her report that I "flat out refused" the xray even after she fully explained why it was needed. This was simply untrue. I gave a two star review for this practice instead of the lowest only because the dental assistant was very kind. read more

Everyone at Expert Endodontics was SO helpful, I cannot thank them enough. I was in severe pain, like nothing I've ever felt, and being out of town I didn't know where to go. Expert Endodontics got me in the same day for a consultation with Dr. Beatty. Dr. Beatty recommended I get treatment and they were able to do it right then and there. The root canal felt so thorough compared to the other one I got, not to mention absolutely painless. Shoutout to Dr. Beatty, she was so awesome and I can thank her enough! They were able to call my insurance and ensure I had to pay the least amount out of pocket. They even offered to send a report to my usual dentist and called the next day to follow-up and see how I was doing. Thank you so much to the staff at Expert Endodontics, I highly recommend going to them for your endo needs! read more

Dr. Katy Wright Is Wonderful along With Her Amazing Staff! Treated with Kindness I recommend Expert Endodontics NW!

Dr. James is an excellent and caring doctor. The office and staff are top notch! Highly recommend.

Dr. Beatty did my 3rd ever root canal when I needed one last fall. She figured out my problem right away & the issue I was having got resolved. I've never had an issue after my treatment. I love how relaxing it was-comfy blankets, music to listen to while they worked, an amazing doctor and her assistant who made me feel completely comfortable. I've had my share of dental work & this was the easiest appointment ever. read more

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Dr. Kedy Shen did an excellent job. I have never felt a moment's pain since the procedure 24 hours ago. There was no need to take any more medication other than the pill they gave me as I left the dental office. How many people can say they had a painless root canal? read more

Lets be frank, no one likes getting their teeth worked on. I have had a couple root canals at Wright & Beatty and from the moment you walk in you fell relaxed from the front office environment. You feel confident with how new and clean everything is, how professional each and every staff member was. And lastly how there was simply no complications no pain before or after the procedure; it was simple the best start to finish process and I highly recommend them! read more

I would highly recommend this place. Amazing staff, very professional, new equipment, and they did a wonderful job educating me every step of the way. read more

Very professional and thorough. I actually fell asleep during a root canal! Highly recommended!

I was referred to this office by my regular dentist. I went for a consultation, and they did a "3 D X-ray" that would tell them exactly what was wrong with the tooth. A was also told that insurance would not pay for this. I consented. I came for the procedure, which was stopped after a half hour, and told that he (Dr Chris James) could not save the tooth. Neither would he pull it. I asked for a refund when I left, and was told that they would mail me a check. The outcome, 2 weeks later? They held my money until the Ins money came in! Unethical! They charged my insurance company over $1400.00. For nothing! Draw your own conclusion read more

I had an emergency root canal yesterday. I've been in more pain than I realized for a long time. I'm so impressed with Dr. Wright and her staff as they did a great job consoling me. With all the negative hype around root canals it's easy to get wrapped up in what we've heard from others. My mouth feels amazing today. Thank you so much for getting me in yesterday so I didn't have to go through The Weekend. You guys rock!!! read more

This would of been a solid 5 I loved my Dentist but the girl for billing at the front desk was rude and even after I told her my wife took care of the Bill's. I told her we would probably make two payments and again to call my wife. When my wife called to make arrangements she said I had agreed to pay $642 in full even though insurance had not been billed yet. I like my Dentist a lot it's just to bad it took a bad turn. Funny how she thought we just had an extra $600 bucks lying around. read more

I recently found myself with a very painful tooth and needing a root canal. I am so thankful for the quick and professional response of Dr. Wright and her staff. I finally bit the bullet and got the dreaded RC last week, not the cola but the root canal. I've been putting it off because I've been too anxious, things always go wrong, either during the procedure or months later. I had seen another endodontist last year and the only thing she seemed to say was and "I'd be really surprised if you didn't need one" but my dentist said I could hold off if I wanted. I felt like it was time so I called Dr Wright's office at the urging of my friend. They were willing to schedule the appointment for an exam and procedure in one visit but not without calling my dentist first which is fine with me. I understand, though why anyone would call for a root canal who didn't need one is beyond me. But I scheduled my appointment went in. She took some x rays and explained to me that she though I had an abscess and did a little more testing and said I would need a root canal. She had a microscope that she used to do the procedure. That's some fancy sh*t right there. Throughout the procedure she used some other tool to measure the electrical conductance of my tooth to make sure she didn't go through the other end of my tooth. She gave me some 24 hour Advil and a $5 Starbucks card to get something to eat. Nice. I really liked that she wasn't like the other dentist who seemed to think that a root canal is the only solution because that's the only procedure she does and that she took the time to do as much testing as she needed to make sure I needed the procedure. Fingers crossed I won't be needing her services, but I'll be back if I do. read more

I had been having tremendous pain for about a month in a tooth that I had gotten a large filling in when I was younger. I was scared to get a root canal just because everyone always says how bad they are. However, it was painless. Dr. Wright and her team made sure I was completely numb before doing anything that had to do with drilling on my tooth. The numbness is beginning to wear off, and although my mouth and tooth are a little sore from the procedure, it already feels 100x better than before I had it done. Dr. Wright and her team are amazing, made me comfortable and at ease from the moment I stepped in the door. read more

My experience was flawless, their care of me was fabulous. The only downside was the rudeness I experienced after I called them to inform them my (borrowed) sweater was damaged during treatment. I was informed during my call that they would reimburse me for said sweater and a check would be mailed the next day. I received a call a few hours later telling me that they would only credit my account (I had set up payment arrangements), or mail me a check in 60 days if my account was paid in full. Very little regard for me, as a person. I borrowed the sweater to look nice, since the office was a little fancier than where I usually went. Now I have to tell the person I borrowed it from that I can't reimburse them for 60 days, because the office refuses to send a check for THEIR mistake. I already felt bad having to make payment arrangements. I felt poor. Their treatment of this matter upsets me. I might not have a lot of money, but I pay my bills. My situation might not be resolved in an honorable fashion, but maybe this review can stop someone else from dealing with dishonest people that care more about money than people. If you want a place that only cares about dental treatment, this is your place. If you want a place that cares about you, as a whole, stay far away. I hung up and cried. Way to kick a person while they're down. read more

Dr Wright was very trustworthy & kind, and she helped to clarify that I needed an extraction vs a re-treatment of my failed root canal. I appreciate her input as re-treating, which she could have advocated for, would have also failed due to an existing crack in the tooth. Simply put: Dr Wright's honest assessment of the situation lost her the business (since the tooth needed pulling) but she was honest and had the integrity to tell me so. Thank you Dr Wright! I can see why you came highly recommended by my dentist. read more

I found out that I needed a root canal for the first time in my life. I was nervous as I have heard many horror stories. The people at the admitting desk were courteous and attentive. They recognized that I was anxious and a bit nervous about the procedure. They were cheerful while at the same time very helpful. The Dr. and her assistant were excellent. Explaining the procedure and offering every type of convenience. I had dark glasses, Bose headphones that I could listen to Storm Large at volume 11. I was given extra time for anesthetic to work and tested to make sure it was working. The procedure took nearly a hour and a half, but I was comfortable the entire time. Heck, I did not even hear the drill! Once finished, I was given "Post Op" instructions and asked if I was okay. I highly recommend Wright & Beatty for you endodontic needs. Hopefully I won't need another root canal, but if I do, I know where to go. read more

I was referred to Wright & Beatty by my primary DMD to have a consult for a procedure that required specialized equipment that most general DMD don't have. Fortunately W&B was able to see me the same day my DMD had sent the referral out, they were able to squeeze me in for their last appointment of the day, which was nice. When I had arrived all my information was already set up in their system so I didn't have to fill out a bunch of time consuming paperwork, shows good communication between offices. The dental assistant was very polite and knowledgeable, she kept the pre-op process (X-Rays, questions etc) moving along at a brisk pace as she knew I was in a good amount of pain. Dr Beatty was the one who was in charge of my exam and consult, she was very professional, knowledgeable and got strait to the point. Now I was under the impression that I was there just for a consult but once Dr. Beatty saw my condition she decided to go ahead and strap-in for the procedure right then and there which was extremely convenient for me. I'm very impressed with Dr. Beatty's proactive decision to help me get better sooner rather than later, she could have just as well sent me home with some pills and said "come back next week". The procedure required her to undo some previous work and redo it all over again. It was getting late in the day but I never got the feeling that Dr. Beatty and her assistant were trying to rush through the work, they made me feel very comfortable, and they focused all their efforts on improving my condition. Once I was all numbed up we were under way and it went without a hitch, I was comfortable the whole way through, the atmosphere was very relaxing and Dr. Beatty and her assistant got the job done. This office is a solid 10/10, highly recommended. read more

I love Dr. Wright! I had to see her two years ago for an infected root canal, and I just had to see her yesterday. Both times, her and her staff were incredibly thorough, kind, adaptable, concerned, and gentle! I have had fillings that hurt worse than the root canal I got yesterday. Dr. Wright always wants to make sure she's doing the right thing - she won't give you a root canal if the tooth can't be saved - but if it can, she will do everything she can to make it happen. Her dental assistants are warm and comforting, as well as being quick and efficient. Her front office staff will work with your insurance company to give you an estimate before you commit to something you can't afford. I hate having dental issues, but I love that Dr. Wright is there to help when I do. I can't recommend this office enough! read more

I was referred by my dentist to Wright and Beatty Endodontics for two root canal re treatments that were right next to each other. I was going on vacation and had already maxed out my dental insurance for the year so I was very clear that I did not want the treatment if it was not completely necessary in the next two weeks. They recommended it was so I agreed but I was very adamant that I did not want the procedure done unless they were sure I would keep the tooth and not have to pay for an implant in the next year or so. Dr. Beatty assured me of the work and said they would have a scope to make sure the tooth structure was intact. I trusted her and had the procedure done. Two root canal re treatments at the same time is no walk in the park and my mouth was very sore and swollen which I knew would happen. What I did not know would happen was 10 days later while on vacation my entire tooth fell out of my mouth. I did not eat on that side but I did have the flu and was coughing. I was devastated as it was Christmas Eve and it was my front molar. Now I have to pay to have an implant. When I called to tell them about what happened they told me that they were still charging me $594 for that tooth on top of the $300 x-ray and $1400 for the other tooth re treatment. When I went to the dentist on my vacation to have the tooth re cemented to my root until I could get back home to have the extraction done, I was told they should not charge me for the tooth that fell out 10 days later. I spoke with billing and they refuse to refund the charge. Now I have to pay for an extraction, implant and crown on top of the completely waisted $594 they are charging me for the re treatment. I would not recommend this Endodontists and I will never go back. read more

I had the displeasure of dealing with this office in January of this year. I was referred to this office by my dentist for a root canal. Dr Wright was great and did a good job. However, her office staff is why I am writing this post. I have dual insurance coverage and both my policies were billed as primary insurance, eating up all my benefits for the rest of the year. My insurance over paid by 500 dollars to this endodontist. When I received my benefits statements from my insurance company I noticed this error and gave the office a call. I explained the problem to Jen and the office denied they made any error and blamed the error on my insurance company. I called my insurance company, they advised me they did not make an error and told me the office did not send in the proper paperwork. they further advised me to have the office fax them the claim form with the benefits paid out by my correct primary insurance. I called back to talk with the office manage at wright endodontic, to get this rectified. she was quite unpleasant, snippy with an egotistical attitude. she insisted this is not their problem, they did not make a mistake and refused to send the requested documents to my insurance company until she gets further documentation from my insurer. My biggest problem is not that they made or the insurance company made a mistake but the poor attitude of the office staff and unwillingness to correct this promptly. Good customer service should be paramount in any business setting. I will not return to this office again and would advise others to seek another office for their care. read more
