Needless to say the breaker would not stay in place properly so I knew I needed a electrician. Mr. Electric was able to come next day. And like my last review he came early. He explained why it wasn't the breaker and that it was the wall outlet instead. Everything was good to go after wall outlet was replaced. I would say that it's was higher price than I expected ($350). He also gave me a quote to upgrade the panel basically replacing all the breakers and cleaning everything out not a bad price for all that they were going to do.

This company is very high priced although friendly and helpful. However, I'm telling you they are going to overcharge you at every turn of the corner and not be able to explain why. I had a very simple light fixture change in my garage and they charged over $700 for it.

We re-set it and now we have power back outside. It was a 5 minute fix. So to make the best use of my money, I pointed out a few other things. A WiFi light switch that he couldn't fix, and some recessed lights that needed replacing. I figured that he did not have the parts on his truck so I told him I could call the office and make an appointment. He told me it would be cheaper if he just went and did it today, so he went back to the office and got the parts. He came back and installed two replacement recessed lights in my kitchen. In the end, the entire job took 58 minutes so I was charged one hour plus parts. It didn't even come to $230. The best part though is the customer service! He went out to his truck and got a broom and dustpan to clean up after himself. I told him I appreciated it, but I could sweep. It's those fine details that make this the only electrician that I will do business with. As long as they are in business, they will have me as a customer.

He told my husband that he could come the following Friday evening (a week later) to do the job and that it wouldn't take him long. That Friday evening came, and we heard nothing. If he did not want the job, he should have said so, so we weren't waiting another week just to have to find someone else.
