Under our couch was not cleaned. Stairs were dirty. We called and was only offered a small discount of 15%. Then when we tried to decide how to resolve they continued to call and harass for payment. I use cleaners for my real estate business and was looking forward to developing a relationship with this company. I would have been able to refer them business and based upon the unprofessional interaction they will get any of my clients business.

The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time.
