Greg did a fabulous job on our kitchen. I am going to have him do the bathrooms as well. We are so happy!

Needed my home driveway resealed. It is a small job, about 3500sf. The crew came with equipment…read morethat would be used on a commercial parking lot. They did a thorough prep, application and finish. I am quite impressed and will use Cruz again. I have used other companies that I will not go back to due to shoddy work that didn't last.

REVIEW FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEES: My husband was just laid off…read morefrom Cruz due to "seasonal lay offs" (laid off the day before Thanksgiving). When he was offered the position, it was for a full time operator and was not told that seasonal lay offs happen every year. During his time, he experienced poor management, lack of communication, and cutting corners on job sites. My husband was a heavy equipment operator on a job site. He has 10 years of operating experience and had never experience such poor communication between upper management and the team on the ground before. His foreman spent more time away from his team than there directing them. One of the laborers had to get up early (without being paid for the extra time) to get a work truck so that they had the tools they needed to do their job because the foreman wasn't there doing his job. He was directed to poor native soil and rock on top of utility lines instead of following proper protocols. We also had a baby during that time and my husband asked for and was granted a few days of vacation to be present at the birth and take care of me (his wife) for the week after having our baby before going back to work. While we were still in the hospital, he was told he would have to go back to work the next day. I had to get someone else to be with me and my child when we were discharged. When he was offered the job, his employment packet stated they had paid federal holidays. After a month working there, they decided to no longer pay for holidays BUT STILL TAKE THAT TIME OFF! They offer insurance to their employees and family at a "discounted" rate, but for a family of three, it would have costed us $1400/month. It was cheaper to purchase insurance privately. Finally, the day my husband was laid off, they asked him to work late and told him his final date for employment would follow their pay periods. Because of that, and knowing it was Thanksgiving, my husband asked to apply paid time off to that holiday because we wouldn't get paid for it by the company. They said they would AND THEN THEY DIDN'T. When we called them out, they denied him that time and basically told us to pound sand. If you are thinking of applying here, be wary. There are many other companies in the area that will give you better benefits, training, management, and more than what is offered at Cruz.

I needed more closet space in my primary bedroom and the team over at Interior Finishes Cabinets…read moreand Design put together my dream built-in wardrobe. I first met with their designer, who came by to take a look at the space and take measurements. From there she put together an estimate and a rendering. It was exactly what I was envisioning. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. I couldn't be more happy, I highly recommend their services, and I'm already thinking about my next project with them.

The communication, cleanliness & attention to detail has always been great and has met or exceeded my expectations. We most recently had all new cabinets, flooring and counter tops installed by Interior Finishes and they did an awesome job at an affordable price! I have been referring friends and family to Rene for years now and whenever the cards come together and the referral ends up working with him they always thank me for putting them in touch with Rene. He really is a solid guy with incredible skills in his trade! Thanks again and talk to you on the next project Rene!
