They helped with design and made suggestions. We had some complex old plumbing and electrical issues, which was no problem for this experienced company. Do not let the company name fool you. Quality Carpet and Flooring can do any construction/remodel job that you need (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, demo, etc). And if by chance there is something they aren't able to do, they will give you a referral and even over see the job. We hired them after they did a great job on our daughters new flooring throughout her home, interior paint along with new bathroom toilets and vanities. They are extremely helpful in picking up your supplies and will even offer their contractor discount if they can. We love our bedroom/bathroom and we are so happy with how it turned out. About to leave the job they were on they took the time to come inside and take a look. They offered us a reasonable price and agreed to come back the next day with more guys to take the rug away as we had to prep the area. They communicated clearly about when they would arrive, showed up with four guys to help move our dining room table with extra care, rolled up the rug and away it went. About a week later they brought it back after cleaning and treating the rug for pet spots. Rug looked noticeably better! The colors are vibrant again and our twenty year old rug looks brand new!
