Beautiful pork chops/roasts and seasonal lamb. Seasonally, they produce the best ham I have ever tasted- either in roast or steak form. The chicken is divine, and spoils you for the slimy grocery store alternative. They also offer goat, duck, eggs, and an array of pork sausages. They recently started selling grass-fed/finished buffalo that cooks up like a steak that I can't afford. Their prices are quite reasonable, and veer away from the high price tag normally associated with 'small batch' style farms. This is farm owned and operated by a local Corvallis family, who are incredibly nice people- who care about the animals that they raise- and the products which they offer. A visit to the farm is worth the short drive, but you can also catch April at the Corvallis Farmer's Market.
