I was criticized for bringing multiple packages, then for reusing boxes--even though the logos were removed and the boxes were perfectly acceptable. On another visit, he insisted my Express shipment needed multiple copies of labels, which isn't required and has never been an issue at other FedEx locations. Instead of being helpful, he was condescending and unnecessarily argumentative. What bothered me most was his attitude. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and, honestly, came across as biased. Whether intentional or not, it made me uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
