I tried so many barbers to cut my sons hair and I was disappointed with all of them until I was told about expensive habits barbershop by a friend that's when me and my son met Danny that's who we where referred to. I was very skeptical once again but the first time he cut my son hair, he was happy and so was I. I honestly felt relieved becuase my search was over for a barber my son is biracial and his hair apparently is hard to cut. But not for this guy I've also seen the other barbers do an amazing job i truly recommend expensive habits their all very nice people. Worst customer service ever! I took my son here to her a hair cut and they didn't even acknowledge that we were there. We waited for over thirty minutes while other people who came in after us got hair cuts. As I got up irritated they finally asked me if we were waiting for a hair cut and I told them we were but we are now leaving. I have taken my son there a few times before and he loved getting his hair cut there, but never again. I hate getting ignored. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop and I personally will never be returning here again. I booked a 9am appointment with Danny two weeks in advance for my San Francisco trip. Showed up early because I had to be at work by a certain time and left highly disappointed and without a haircut because my time slot was taken by one of his private clients even though I booked the earliest appointment possible according to him, which means I should've been his first head of the day and had no wait when I arrived but apparently he runs off his own schedule apart from the shops calendar appointments. For him to own the shop all I can say is wow, his customer service sucked, his respect for other people's time is nonexistent. Making an appointment is pointless when you'll still have to wait a minimum of half an hour or more. Save your time, save your gas, save your energy and don't book with this clown.... read more
