Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

Even worse, days after the service, they charged an additional 20% with no explanation or authorization. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Transparent pricing is basic--adding charges after the fact is not only misleading but raises serious concerns about their billing practices. I am currently disputing these charges and would strongly recommend others get everything in writing and double-check their final invoice, and look for oher options.

They have exceeded expectations every time. I always catch early morning flights out of West Palm Beach going to Westchester County, NY. I have never had a problem with the early morning pick ups. Drivers are always 10-15 minutes early, fluent in english, safe and check the routes prior to departure time. All the vehicles I have been in, which is now about six times, have all been late model sedans and on occasion SUVs at no additional cost. I found booking reservations to be quite simple, the Dispatch team at Dignitary makes it quite easy. They text message you when the driver is on the way and when he has arrived. At several different times I receive confirmations for my trip. The short of this is that they take the wondering & the worry out of traveling to and from the airports!
