    Horrible customer service!! I wanted to book a ticket to India. I talked to a lady named Baljit…read more She put me on hold atleast 3-4 times. Then she put me on hold in the middle of booking my ticket. As she's taking down my info, she asks for my passport no. It took me less than a minute to find my passport and as I'm about to give her the number, She just puts me on hold again without saying anything which is extremely rude. So I was on hold for another 7 minutes! I decided to call the office from my cell and ask what was going on and the other lady says Baljit isn't even at her desk! So i was like WTF and i decided i didn't want anymore of my time to be wasted and i hung up. She calls me back a minute later and when i asked her why she put me on hold and why she didn't even notify me that she's about to put me on hold, instead of apologizing, she says our office closes at 4, its 4:20 now so look I'm still helping you. I found this to be very rude, I said you could've just told me you're closed, I would've called someone. Not once did she apologize for the hold or for not telling me she's about to put me on hold. I said you wasted my time and she replies by saying "now you're wasting my time." Your employee is telling the customer that the customer is wasting their time!! How terrible is that?! Especially when the customer is about to spend money and book the ticket! When I asked to speak to someone in charge, she tells me everyone's gone for the day even though I can hear people talking in the background. The Arrogance of this lady is appalling! I said u know what, I don't need you arguing with me and your attitude, I can spend my money elsewhere, there are lots of other places. All she had to do was either tell me she's putting me on hold or apologize for it but she instead argued and acted like she's doing me a favour! Please teach her some customer service and manners. You lost a $1400 sale cause of her shitty attitude and lack of service. Little things in customer service go a long way, especially in a competitive industry such as yours. Teach her not to argue with a customer and how to diffuse the situation, not escalate it.
