I'm still a HUGE FAN of Expanding Wellness. Nancy is amazing and incredibly in tune with whatever is bothersome during your appointment. I have walked in nearly in tears and walked out feeling better than I thought a 60 or 90 minute session could have done. This review is long overdue. I've been going to Expanding Wellness for almost two years. I never thought I would be a massage person, but sessions with Nancy are truly magic. She's helped me with issues with my knee, back, jaw, and most recently, my hands. I'm on arimidex after having breast cancer, and it causes joint pain. I've been waking up with pain in my hands lately. Yesterday she worked on my hands and I woke up with no pain today. Any time I have a pain issue, I go see Nancy first. I always receive a calming and restorative massage here. They really know their stuff. When I explain what my aches and pains are, they address them thoroughly, and I feel much improvement afterwards. The office and treatment room atmosphere is very professional and well decorated. I've been to her several times now and can confidently say, there's no other person/place within a 20 mile radius of Camarillo that offers what she does. I've seen Nancy twice so far and each visit we assess how I'm feeling, where my points of tension are, and what I can do at home to relieve any ongoing issues.
