Wonderful experience!…read more It was my first time coming to this establishment. I researched several spas before picking this one. I am glad I came. It was my birthday present to myself. I booked the hot stone massage and the steam room. My masseuse was Zianni. She did a great job. I felt all the tension and knots being released from my body. The steam room was amazing. It was an added benefit to my massage. The next time I am in Jacksonville I will stop by again. Namaste!

Concierge Cosmetics is AMAZING!…read more Ashley is so sweet and really makes you feel at ease. Injecting something into your face can be scary but TRUST HER. I told her my problem areas and she made recommendations. At first I didn't think filler in my lips and chin were necessary but wow, she was right! I am so impressed with the way it turned out. It was not too much or too little. I told her my ideal budget for skin care and she recommended the products that she thought would benefit me and my lifestyle the most. I did not feel pressured to buy anything which was great. I am so happy with the products I purchased and my skin feels and looks cleaner. I love that she told me I could cut the pads in half to make them last longer! Great tip! Also, she recommended I try Dysport instead of Botox and I love it! She and her staff genuinely care about your needs and want you to look amazing. The office is beautiful and clean. I will never go anywhere else. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny to know that you are getting a quality product and service!

The building and office feel clean and new. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The doctors performing the skin exams are warm, friendly and feel knowledgeable. Worst experience I have ever had with a medical billing department…read more After multiple phone calls and callbacks, I am now being held responsible for the full cost of a service despite having insurance. I provided updated insurance information, which was received by the office, yet the claim was never reprocessed. Instead, I discovered the issue one full year later when I received a bill in the mail for $271.00. I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connell for over eight years, and both of my daughters have also been treated at this practice. Unfortunately, this situation has left an extremely negative impression. I went out of my way to work with my insurance company to have the claim reprocessed, only to be told that it was rejected a year later because my old insurance allegedly denied it while "awaiting COBRA." Had anyone simply called me at the time, this could have been resolved immediately--especially since my daughter was actively being seen by the practice during that period. Instead, I am being punished for a billing failure that was completely out of my control. This charge is outrageous, the lack of communication is unacceptable, and after years of loyalty, I am finished with this practice.

She took her time and made sure my hairs were ALL gone. She uses small strips to minimize the pain. AJ is very particular and makes sure you're pleased with the end result. Love her work!!! I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AJ for ANYONE that DOESN'T LIKE PAIN! Their prices match the QUALITY OF WORK. My wax is $55 plus whatever tip I leave, which apparently is what most places charge with lower quality results.
